The Pear Tree Townhomes are two-bedroom, 1 bath units, with the living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor and bedrooms and bath on the upper floor.  A modest storage area is provided just outside the back patio door of each unit.  Stoves and refrigerators are provided by the Housing Authority.  These units are all electric and have baseboard heating.  There is a coin-operated laundry facility on premises.  All units are unfurnished.

Grounds maintenance, water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent.  Tenants are responsible for electricity and other optional services such as cable, internet, and phone service.

To qualify for this program, families must make at or below 80% of Area Median Income based on family size. To qualify for these units, the minimum monthly income requirement is 3-times rent amount ($3546 to $3675). Rent is not based on income, but it is below market rent rates.  Credit, criminal, and background checks are performed on all applicants.  Lease term is one year.

Rents range from $1182 to $1225 per month.
