The Anacortes Housing Authority is governed by a board of five commissioners appointed by the Mayor. Commissioners normally serve five-year terms, and vacancies are filled for term. Commissioners serve without compensation.
The Board is responsible for developing policy and hiring the Executive Director.
The Board meets on the last Thursday of each month at 3:30-PM for the Regular Meeting.
Meetings are held at Anacortes Housing Authority at 719 Q Avenue. Meetings are open to the public, and all are welcome to attend.
