The Birch Tree Village are two-bedroom, 1 ½ bath units, with garage. First floor entry has washer/dryer and mud room. Second floor has Kitchen, ½ bath, living room, dining room & deck. Third floor has 2 bedrooms and full bath. Washer, dryer, stoves and refrigerators are provided by the Housing Authority. These units have central heating/air conditions on each floor. Ground maintenance & garbage are included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for electricity, water, sewer and other optional services such as cable, internet and phone service.
To qualify for this program, families must make at or below 60% of Area Median Income.
Credit, criminal and background checks are performed on all applicants. Lease term in one year.
