The Bayview Apartments are a family site made up of one, two- and three-bedroom units. The one-bedroom units are single level. The two- and three-bedroom units are townhouse style with the bedrooms and bath on the upper floor and the kitchen, dining and living rooms on the main level. These units are carpeted except for the entry, kitchen and bath which have vinyl flooring. Stoves and refrigerators are supplied by the Housing Authority. The apartments are unfurnished.
The laundry facility is located at the center of the complex as are the mailboxes and the Community Room. The Community Room is available to all tenants who would like to host a party or event for friends or family.
The City of Anacortes playground is located on 28th Street and is available for children in the complex to enjoy.
Grounds maintenance is taken care of by the Housing Authority, as is the water, sewer and garbage services. Tenant responsibility is for electricity and any other optional services such as cable, internet, and telephone
